Welcome to Sideline Images, my full service sports photo gallery--a place where you can view and purchase fantastic photographs of your favorite athlete in action.
If we haven’t already met, I'm Jerry Norton––the guy behind the camera on the left.
By way of background, I am a youth football coach as well as a freelance sportswriter and photographer. Perhaps I have coached your child or you may have seen me at a high school football or basketball game, a soccer game, a swim meet or at some other kids' sporting event in which your youngster participated.
Needless to say, I have a passion for kids and sports and, after spending more than 40 hectic but exciting years as an aerospace engineer, I am fortunate to be able to enjoy my passion in retirement.
My objective is to capture for you a few of those special moments in the lives of young athletes enjoying their favorite sports. I sincerely hope these galleries serve as a reservoir of cherished memories for all who visit.

A word about cropping and print size-- When ordering prints you must select a print size from a drop down menu containing various print sizes. Keep in mind that the shape of the original photograph can influence your print size selection as well as any cropping that may be required. Therefore you should try to match the print size to the shape of the original photo you are purchasing. For example if the composition of the original photograph is more square than rectangular, select a print size that is more square, such as 4X5 or 5X5. If the photograph is more rectangular in shape, consider a print size of 4X6 or 5X7. There are slight differences in the price of print sizes but the cost difference is small and the benefit of matching the print size to the original can be significant.
